The tie-dye process infuses each garment with unique character. Please allow for slight color variation.

Returns
We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Returned items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact us at customerservice@golfteamproducts.com or call (888) 254-8624 with your order number. If approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and email return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All sales of customized items are final. No returns will be accepted unless the items are determined to be defective by one of our return specialists. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any clearance/sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, contact customerservice@golfteamproducts.com or (888) 254-8624.

Shipping


How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are and the shipping option selected. Production times vary depending on the number of orders to process and typically take between 5-10 business days to ship. Current production times can be seen on the product page. After processing, the time it takes thereafter depends on the shipping option selected during checkout. Economy shipping takes 5-8 days.

How can I track my order?
After your order has shipped, you will get an email within 1-2 business days with the tracking number and shipping carrier.

Can I return customized products?
All customized products are non-refundable. Due to their custom nature, we are not able to provide refunds.

Can I return clearance items?
All sales are final for clearance products. Because of the greatly reduced costs, no refunds or returns are accepted.

Do you have minimums?
No. There are no minimum quantities required to order or customize any of our products.
